Notes:

In only one case (Montgomery, AL) was the high-guarantee bidder awarded the tournament and Montgomery does an outstanding job and shouldn't be an issue for anyone.

In the 14U bid, Montgomery, AL and Sioux Falls, SD came in at a 50/50 portion of the vote in the 4th round. On a revote, Sioux Falls receive 54%.

In all cases, the winner's posted entry fee is $400.
