Arizona Storm Regester / Pomeroy

Post by Cmathis » January 9th, 2019, 12:19 am

We would like to welcome Kailey and Michael to the Arizona Storm organization. They will be a great addition to our already talented group of coaches. Kailey and Michael have truly given back to the sport they love. Both of them played at the highest level and will look to coach this next group to greatness. I couldn't be more excited and proud to have them be part of our vision.

Their plans on moving forward will be to continue to coach, by finishing out the 2019 summer with the 18u team (formally Firecrackers) until those seniors graduate. They will have the opportunity finish their summer without skipping a beat. Along with that team, we will be starting a new 04 Storm team immediately to compete at the highest level. This team will be between our 16u Mathis / Holtorf team and our first year 14u teams Appel and Putz. They fill a much needed slot in our organization that colleges have been requesting for quite some time.

Arizona Storm typically plays on the best fields against the best competition. As a nationally recognized program we continue to assist girls to further their education in softball placing well over 150 girls (and counting) at the college level. We continue to focus on player development and hold monthly clinics for Storm players only. For the summer of 2019 we have earned Premier Berths for PGF Nationals in 10u, 12u, 14u and 16u. Arizona Storm is the only AZ based program to receive such honors from the most competitive event held in the country.

Please contact Kailey at 480-800-7735 or Michael at 623-547-9164
